Our First Meeting

Our first meeting of Monarchs to the Rescue was on January 7th.  It was a hit!!  We had several different guests, including two four legged friends!  Veterinarian Dr. Michael Good was one of our guest speakers.  Dr. Good, who established the Homeless Pets Foundation, spoke with the children about pet needs and good pet ownership.  The children very much enjoyed the guest that Dr. Good brought with him!  BINGO!!!  Bingo is our first sponsor dog.  Please see the flyer below for more information about Bingo.  Mr. Tom Farrell, principal at McCall Primary, also spoke with the children about adopting.  He told the children how much happiness Ed, his recently adopted dog, has brought to him and his family.  Ed was also in attendance!!  The children loved seeing and interacting with the two dogs!!  Pictures will be posted soon, so please keep checking back.
